Premiere Episode - The Faulty Man

"The Faulty Men" – Where being wrong never felt so right!

Kick off your journey with "Right 2b Wrong" as we dive into our premiere episode featuring two perfectly imperfect guys who've turned their face-plants into stepping stones. Because let's face it – sometimes you've got to get it wrong to get it right!

Meet our guests Dave and Garry, two men whose lives are living proof that the best stories come from unexpected detours. Dave, your classic Sydney local, took the scenic route from buzzing heads at a barber shop to globetrotting through Asia, eventually landing as an international counselor at the University of Sydney (with a couple of fancy degrees he picked up while getting lost in life).

Then there's Garry, bringing that Jamaican fire to the Australian dream for the last 18 years. From heating up the airwaves as a broadcaster in Jamaica to chasing his sports passion across the ocean to Sydney – his story is what happens when you let life's GPS recalculate your route to awesome.

In this episode, these self-proclaimed "Faulty Men" serve up raw, honest, and hilariously relatable tales of growing up, messing up, and leveling up. From cultural clashes to career crashes, relationship wreckages to redemption stories – they're dishing out life lessons garnished with laughter and sprinkled with wisdom that only comes from getting it wrong before getting it right.

Join us for this inaugural episode of "Right 2b Wrong" where we prove that being perfectly flawed is perfectly fine. After all, if you're gonna be wrong, you might as well be right about it!

David Lodge

Profile picture for David Lodge
David has lived a weird and wonderful life, full of adventure and mistakes (many, many mistakes).
His dream of working as a stockbroker was crushed and he found himself as a young apprentice sweeping floors in a barbershop. After 20 years of bad jokes and bullshit, he would eventually find his way to university culminating in over 15 years of work in the Higher Education sector. David’s journey from humble apprentice to global corporate traveller has seen him learn that, while people of the world have many differences, there is a common theme to how they learn, grow, succeed and achieve happiness. That pathway is through the freedom to be oneself, speak one’s mind, make mistakes, essentially, having a right, to be wrong.
